I am having a very perplexing problem at my house. We just installed a Frigidaire dishwasher (first time dishwasher hooked up in this older double-wide mobile home) and everything worked fine before we tied into the hot water tubing...now we have no hot water in the sink next to the dishwasher and I would say that we had a bad "T-fitting" but the hot AND cold no longer work at the kitchen sink and we did not touch the cold water tubing at all. We turned the hot water supply off, installed a PEX "T" to the hot water supply and then attached the braided inlet hose to the "T" and to the dishwasher, then turned the water supply back on. The water is working great to the dishwasher. I don't have the electricity hooked up yet but I "bled" the hose to the dishwasher and water is shooting out of it at full pressure but it is only trickling (and that is being generous) out of the kitchen faucet (hot and cold combo faucet). It is working fine throughout the rest of the house. Is it possible that we have some kind of vapor/air lock? How can I get the water (hot and cold) working in the kitchen sink? BTW, I do not have a flood safe/anti-flood hose. I checked.

Unscrew the aerator from the tip of the faucet spout. Chances are that it's plugged. Clean out the aerator and then run the water through the spout, without the aerator, to flush any other debris.

Not aerator, checked this already. It is fine. Spray nozzle also not working. Any other ideas? Lisa

There's a diverter valve inside the faucet, that shuts off the flow to the spout when the sprayer is used. The diverter needs to be inspected/cleaned.

If there were a problem with the diverter the sprayer should still work fine.
