I need stem parts myself. My Neuvogue sink has one valve that rotates freely. So with out having been inside the sink, I know I will need parts. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be very thankful.

Keep in mind that Crane Plumbing was purchased by Am Standard, almost 5 years ago. Since then, Am Standard was purchased by a foreign company. When companies are acquired, often old parts and components disappear.
Kessler and TAPCO, both on the East Coast may still have some of the old original parts.

The handle probably has a removable square brown "plastic" insert that wears out. Get a new one and put it inside the handle.
