 commercial faucet repair

Help,
I have a commercial faucet in a sink that has no manufacture name or logo on it. The sink has a separate hot and cold valve. Recently the hot side will not shut off entirely. Any idea on what i need to make this repair happen as painlessly as possible? It is in near constant use now and don't want to have too much down time. LS

Do the stems have splines under the handles or tapered heads?
I agree, picture is worth 10,000 words.

Commercial faucet, can mean anything from a Fisher, Chicago, or T&S which are all "repairable" to some Chinese "knockoff" of those faucets which is cheaper, and easier, to just replace it.

Usually you remove screw from center of handle, remove packing nut, unscrew the stem, and replace the rubber washer on the end of the stem. But as mentioned different brands of faucets have different repair techniques.
