 Mobile home drainage plumbing
Author: metalhead1977 (ME)

Had my black abs sewer and drain lines freeze and crack in my double wide and I'm replacing it all with PVC. It has 3 inch now, should I stay with that or upgrade to 4 inch? Also I've seen several kinds of pipe...does it need to be schedule 40 or is there an alternative? Also kitchen and bath is 1.5 inch should I go to 2 inch?

Stay with 3", the water will drain faster through a 3" pipe than a 4" pipe.
Code allows the use of 1 1/2" for a kitchen drain, although I use 2".
