 Shower Valve

Does any one know if there is a shower valve that can operate/isolate a rain head and standard shower head along with the ability to give them different temprature settings all in one valve?

The "operate/isolate" is done by "volume controls" after the control valve, and there is no way a single valve can give two different temperatures simultaneously.

Then what would be a decent valve that you would recommend to install that would offer seperate volume control for the rain head and shower head as well as the ability to turn one or the other off/on but in one compact valve? I beleive this valve would do the trick

"California Faucets TH52-RCalifornia Faucets StyleTherm 1/2" Thermostatic Rough Valve with Dual Integral Volume Controls"

but I was hoping to stick with a Moen or Delta for part avaibalilty puposes.

I thought California was further restricting their water usage. Federal Guidelines also control the amount of water provided by a shower valve... and shower head. I also thought I read that some parts of the State are without water.

You have your work ahead of you.

i can't vouch for the quality of this valve but i am impressed with the design capability.
one temperature control with 2 outlets.

ANY valve will do it, as long as you connect its discharge to two volume controls.

Like I said, "any valve with two volume controls".

i agree about 2 volume controls but this one saves an hour or two labor. plus it saves pipe, fittings and adapters.
as i said, i like it..

ONE OR TWO HOURS, to install a brass nipple, tee and two brass nipples with the volume controls? That is "turtle time". And I can almost guarantee that the cost will be close to the same, PLUS, you can use ANY valves and trim you like, NOT what they have to offer.
