Trying to locate a stem from what I think is a Speakman tub/shower

Does anyone know where I can find these stems? I think it is from a very old Speakman tub/shower valve, but not 100%. Crane has one that looks close as well.

I need the 4 stems for the hot/cold.

My guess is with Crane. That is one very old faucet. Does the center handle control the stopper? The fact that this tub/shower is still operational is testament to quality faucet components and tile construction/installation.

It is old. One of the supply houses I use for really old stuff like this said it's around 75 years old, which I don't doubt! Yes, the center handle is the stopper for the tub and it actually works. The customer wants me to exhaust all measures to find new stems before we go to plan B.

I can have new ones milled, for $250 a stem!

I have emails/photos out to some suppliers in Chicago, Boston, and New York hopefully someone recognizes it and has parts for this.

Speakman is in Wilmington, DE. Why not contact them with the photos? If they are Speakman stems, they should be able to get new ones to you.

I have found Crest/Good (crestgood.com) out of Long Island, NY to be very helpful for obtaining very old faucet parts.

I don't think Speakman was was even in existence when that faucet was made. Crane or Wolff would be more likely. Anything else probably disappeared during the Depression.

Try Plumbmaster 1-800-854-381, fax 1-800-338-1867. They are very good at identifying and sourcing old stems like that.
