I am having problems with my plumbing. The toilet will not flush properly, but the bathtub works fine. When I wash dishes and let the water out too fast it causes the bathtub to backup with sewage. I am pretty sure it is not a clog but I am running out of ideas I was looking for some opinions of whether it sounds like poor ventalation or something else.

Bad venting does not cause poor drainage, unless there is also a problem with a clogged drain line, and even then it does NOT cause a backup. You have a clogged sewer line.

A sewer camera will verify the clog, but a Licensed Plumber will the proper equipment just might be cheaper. Much depends on the age of your building and what is being flushed into the various drains and waste lines.
