Glacier Bay is made for Home Depot and they do not have aftermarket repair parts for them.

Home Depot does not carry parts for them but you can get them from Glacier Bay if you can get the customer service people to understand what part you need. The faucet is guaranteed for life.

Thanks all. I have been researching all a.m. and have been able to locate a new stem (washerless) for this unit now that I know what it is but I am not sure of how to replace this type.

Thanks again!

grab hold of that hex shape and turn it CCW. the assembly will unscrew from the faucet base.

Thank you!

Do you think that replacing that unit alone (cold water stem) will cease the cold water leaking from the spout?

This all happened after both faucets (2 sink bath, both hot & cold water) & toilet stopped working for a few days because of low temperatures here. When they all came back they work fine except for the cold water on the left sink, I let it drip for a day and a half hoping it was just frozen overflow or ice thawing out of line but now wondering (guessing) if I should just purchase this new part.

If the ceramic seal is damaged, cleaning out any "debris" will not stop the leak.
