 Faucet side spray diverter

I'm very dissatisfied with parts support from Sigma Faucets.

I have to replace several side spray diverters for clients and Sigma says they are no longer available and diverter devices on their updated 1.3695022 single hole pedestal faucet will not work in the older 1.0017022 unit. My supply house has gotten no useful info from Sigma...very poor support from them!!! Extensive internet searches found no part but a Whitehaus WH-DIVRPL replacement diverter sure looks like the same simple screw-in part.

Just like the valve cartridge is a standard or stock part for many manufacturers,

I suspect that the diverter is made by another company and used by many faucet manufacturers.

Any ideas about the replacement diverters?

Call one of the Butlers in Vista, California and ask for their help. The also call themselves American Faucet and American Coatings, in Vista. Speaking with one of the owners and voicing your issues should get better results.
