Your builder saved a boat load of my by using a product manufactured in China by a manufacturer who wishes by design, not to be known. Hence finding any repair parts diagram will be impossible. As suggested, back off on the bonnet and apply some string packing to replace that which is worn. Then retighten the packing nut.
Best Wishes

those were sold at home depot. our house built in 2005 has that exact same junk. as said, tighten the thing behind the handle. take the handle off with a screw driver and it will be easier.

if water is coming out that 1/16" diameter hole then the faucet needs a rebuild kit.

Thanks for the replies . . . I took the handle off and tightened the packing nut, no joy. I will have it replaced since I doubt it's worth the time, effort & money to try to fix it. I'm no plumber.

I have the same faucet. I suspect that I will have to replace it as well. However, inside the house the other end of this appears to be inside the walls. Can I just open this, and replace it, or will the brick work have to be opened up. Also, where did you get the replacement unit? I am unable to see the brand that you mentioned at home depot.
