I have a concrete sink with a bottom that is 2 inches thick, the diameter is 3 1/2 inches. Where can I get a drain that will fit,or any other ideas?

The sink manufacturer should build it to work with a drain that is available.Contact the sink manufacturer.

Bradley Corp, is one company that makes or made concrete sinks with drains. They are based in Wisconsin, but are represented all over.

best to contact a plumbing supply house and tell them you need a deep basket drain...it will most likely exist...ive installed basket strainers on concrete kitchen sinks before, but never a 2" thick one
it seems strange

I think you should contact the company or showroom from where you bought it.
