Sounds as if have a severe restriction somewhere in your distribution system. Could be clogged filter, broken gate valve, corroded galvanized piping, or a host of other problems. An onsite evaluation will be the most logical thing to do.

Who, in fact, checked the pump to say it was good?
A pump is only one part of a series of parts that make up a private well system that provides water to a residential building.
Verify the integrity of each part and look for restrictions. Hire a licensed professional.

You could also have a broken bladder in your captive pressure tank

Before we can answer, we need to know WHEN the pressure is good, and what happens to it when you open a faucet. This can only be determined by being there, not you telling us. Whoever checked the pump SHOULD have checked for this at the same time.
