What is causing the spray head to leak when switched from stream to spray on my KWC Domo kitchen facuet?

Water runs down the pull out handle.

There is more of a restriction when it is in spray mode. I'd check to see if the aerator is clean and tight. Although it might not apply in your situation I'd also check the rubber washer between the hose and handheld spout.

The faucet holes seem to be clear, the washer is in good shape, just started two days ago. Faucet is four months old.

This is a single handle pull out with the ability to change from stream to spray by pushing the top down on the spray handle.

If it is coming out of the hose, the hose has broken. We would have to know WHERE the water is coming out, but the usual cure will be a new head or hose.

We know THAT. What we want to know is WHERE the water is leaking. "Running down the sprayhead" is NOT enough information.

The water is leaking from the top of the faucet -- the control button that switches the spray on, not the screw in junction from the hose. It seems that some o rings are not working. The problem is How do you disassemble this part to replace it.
