The toilet flush goes very very slow after 2-3 days of no activity. After 5 or 6 flushes it then goes back to normal. Since it goes back to normal after 5 or 6 flushes I am pretty sure there is no clog in the septic line and all the rest of the drains are working properly. It is like there may be a air pocket that it has to overcome before it works properly. I read I need to check the roof vent, but that doesn't make sense that it is clogged since it goes to normal after the 5 or 6th flush. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Check the water level in the tank after 3 days of not using it. If it's OK, the fastest way would be to run a camera down the line. Again, after several days of non-use.It may be something downstream is plumbed incorrectly, and is backing up into the line that serves that toilet. A camera will lead them right to the problem.

It would take a plumber on site, observing and testing the toilet, to determine what is happening, since your description is exactly the OPPOSITE of what normally occurs.
