I have a three-bolt wall mount flushometer type toilet in my basement in a small powder room. It hasn't flushed properly since we bought the house years ago. I recently had the drain and piping examined by a plumber, who said everything was clear.
I rebuilt the valves/etc in the flushometer itself, and the flushing improved. Still not where it should be, though. Seems to be not enough volume or velocity.
Is it possible that the toilet itself is clogged with deposits?
Is it possible to convert to a regular toilet (I actually saw something like this in one of my searches during this quest for an answer)?
Thanks for your help, anyone....

Good Question. What brand of flush-O-meter do you have? How's the water pressure in your building? Are you using Factory original repair parts?
Yes, your toilet can be removed and replaced with a gravity or pressure assisted toilet.

Three bolt wall mount toilets are typically "blow out" bowls and therefore need adequate pressure to flush them. You would have to lower the carrier in the wall and change the faceplate to a four bolt pattern to change toilets. If this is a residence, I would question whether the piping is adequate to flush the toilet.
