Greetings - I am having problems with water pressure evertime I flushed the toilet I get no water else where in the home as well as loud whooshing noises coming from my toilet after it is flushed and it also keeps running for a few minutes until it stops ---- Also yesterday I started the washing machine and I heard a banging loud noise in the walls some where ?? I do know for sure there is a leak somewhere because the water meter keeps running outside when no water is on anywhere ? I changed the pressure release valve and it did not help with the water pressure-
And also We turn on the kitchen sink water and get very little trickles of water in the hose outside ?? We just can figure whats going on- Our home is about 10 years old- We are really trying to find out where the leak is ?? And why all the loud noises?? And water pressure issues?? Any advise is appreciated - thanks

That's your first and most important issue. Fix that, and the other problems may abate somewhat. If you cannot find the source of the leak inside your house, it MUST be outside.
Go all around the house and "listen" to the outside silcocks. There may be a burst pipe inside a cinder block wall, if you have any.
Pressure test your water main suppy from the meter.. any puddles in the yard?
Good hunting.

you shouldn't be having this type problem in a 10 year old house.
it sounds complicated enough to me that you should call a pro.

It appears from YOUR description, that you may have several issues, with water volume & pressure. Your house is only 10 years old and you have tried yourself to resolve your plumbing issues without tangible results. If fact, by your description, the issues have worsen to the point that you can't use your kitchen faucet and use your outside hose at the same time.
Time for Professional Intervention. A licensed plumber. Call a licensed plumber in your state to evaluate your water lines. The plumber will determine the low volume and pressure and discover if the volume and pressure issues are causing further issues with your toilet valve.
Let us all know the results and what happens.
Best Wishes

Thanks for the replys___ I did call a plumber today and he checked the entire house and found the problem ___ it's the " Outside Shut Off Valve " thats next to the water meter___ we dug a hole approx 1 foot !/2 deep to get to the valve to replace it - thanks again and all is fine now__
