I have two faucet handles, one for hot, one for cold. The grip makes a T shape with the stem and I see nothing that looks removeable to access the stem. I can't find any manufacturer name on the faucet either. It is fairly new, maybe 10 years old.

a cap on top of the cross? maybe an allen screw on the base
some Grohe's have a allen screw hidden under a trim piece under the base...you unthread it and it exposes the allen screw
a photo would help

It could be a Kohler faucet, in which case the "button" on the short side either unscrews or pops out. Removing the screw inside the "T" lets it come off, and then a second screw removes the handle.

Unscrew the "dome" shaped piece and the handle will come off with it.
