The maxinum loop length for 5/8 inch pex (SDR-9) is 450 ft.

i wouldnt run 5/8 pex that far because that most likely is the outside diameter and that means the inside is less than 1/2" and that is a mighty long distance to run that small of pipe and have move than a lavatory sink running off it. now if it is 3/4" O.D. then yeah it might work but id rather go a hair to big than regret it later. its not that much more in materials pricing and the labor should be about the same

450 is max, I like to keep them to 300-350 for radiant loops.

agree, stick with 300'. You can use a lower energy pump that way.
