For the last five years, our pipes have been vibrating violently all over the house. We've done water pressure reduction, air hammers, and nothing has resolved the issue. I'm at a loss as is everyone else. Any suggestions as to what the issue may be? We're desperate.

Usually a bad fill valve in a toilet or a loose washer in a valve somewhere in the system.

sounds to me like you have a loose washer on a valve somewhere. You need to shut the water off and remove the valve stems to check them. Ball valves do not have a washer, obviously, so don't bother with them. best place to start is with the first valve in line. If you're on city water and the valve at your meter is a washer style valve, you'll have to have the water shut off at the street. Once you check that one and put it back together the water can be turned on at the street again and you just shut the valve to check the rest of the house.

the only time i had that problem it was a Delta mixer
it was AMAZING to see pipes 100' away moving...the water line for the fridge was tapping on the wall and the shower which was causing it was on the 2nd floor on the other end of the house.
